DATA PROTECTION NOTICE FOR CUSTOMERS
This Data Protection Notice (“Notice”) outlines how Invicta Artemis PTE Ltd. Depending on your interaction with us, examples of Personal Data we may collect include identification numbers (such as NRIC, FIN), residential address, email address, telephone number, nationality, gender, date of birth, marital status, employment details, financial information, health/wellness information, and order information. Other terms used in this Notice have the meanings provided by the PDPA.
COLLECTION, USE, AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
We typically do not collect your Personal Data unless:
(a) it is provided voluntarily by you directly or by an authorized third party after notifying you of the data collection purposes and receiving your written consent, or
(b) collection and use of Personal Data without consent is permitted or required by the PDPA or other laws. We will seek your consent before collecting additional Personal Data or using it for an undisclosed purpose (except when permitted by law).
We may collect and use your Personal Data for the following purposes:
- Fulfilling obligations related to the requested goods and/or services.
- Identity verification.
- Responding to queries, requests, complaints, and feedback.
